For orders to USA, EUROPE, Canada and Australia it will normally take 15 to 24 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and once order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

We accept product return within 7 days. Return Freight will be companies’ responsibility if it is quality issue or you get a product as not described, otherwise buyer will bear the return freight and refund is not allowed (If returning the product, please keep the original package)

We have 6 months warranty for our products, if the products you buy are defective within 1 month we will send you a replacement without extra charges or refund, when we get the defective products, if you're not satisfied with the product, you can still send them back to us, but you need pay the shipping freight.

You will receive a second email containing tracking information once your order ships. This typically comes within 48-72hrs of your purchase. 

At rudeangel.com we make sure to deliver your items efficiently and safely as possible, due to this, your items may ship separately and arrive at slightly different times. If you have multiple tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email, then more than one order may mean you will receive item at slightly different times.
